LEWISTON – A parking ban will be effect on all streets until 7 p.m. today for snow removal, according to Police Sgt. James Rioux. Vehicles parked on the streets in violation of the ban will be subject to towing at the owners’ expense. The ban started at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
