LISBON – The Yalumba winery of Australia will provide the focus for a wine tasting Sunday, Feb. 6, at Graziano’s Restaurant on Route 196. The event, scheduled from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m., will benefit the Maine Music Society.
Graziano’s will provide wine, hors d’oeuvres and hospitality. Wine expert Edmund Guay will give commentary on the Yalumba Winery and the four varietals to be savored. Maurice Bonneau’s Sausage Kitchen of Lisbon will furnish samples of its freshly made sausages and a $50 gift certificate to be raffled. A large, wicker gift basket, prepared by The Perfect Basket in Lewiston and containing a variety of foods, wines and treats, also will be raffled.
Seating for the event is limited. Tickets, $15, are available at the Maine Music Society office, 215 Lisbon St., Lewiston. People may alsocall 782-1403 or go online to the music society’s Web site, www.mainemusicsociety.org.
