• Two vehicles collided near the junction of Main and Weld streets. There were no injuries. Damage to a 1998 Isuzu sport utility vehicle operated by Richard Bryant, 25, of Rumford, was estimated at $4,500; to a 1999 Dodge pickup truck operated by Jeffrey Hall, 38, of East Andover, was estimated at $1,800.

• A Coburn Avenue resident reported an assault.

• A Route 17 resident reported an incident of malicious mischief at their residence. When police were en route, a juvenile allegedly responsible for the vandalism, was observed running from the scene. As of Sunday, the youth had yet to be caught.
