MECHANIC FALLS – Bela “Eddie” Jordan Jr., 44, died suddenly with his family at his side at CMMC on Thursday, Feb. 3.

He was born on April 26, 1960, and grew up in New Gloucester, graduating from Gray-New Gloucester High School in 1979. After three years in the Army, he worked and traveled the world.

He had an infectious personality and was loved dearly by all that were blessed to know him.

On his farmhouse in Mechanic Falls, he worked with his animals and spent time fixing up his farmhouse with his longtime buddy, Ken Sumner.

There are no words to say how much he will be missed by his mother, Edith Jordan, of Auburn, who he loved dearly; his sisters, Debra White and Kathy Pierce of New Gloucester; his brothers, Dean Jordan of Poland, and Rick Jordan of Casco; three nieces, Shona Gonsalves, Chasity White, and Ashley Jordan; a nephew, James Jordan; and his whole family and all of his friends.

He was predeceased by his dad, Bela Jordan Sr., in the year 2000.
