OXFORD – A 13-week course on personal finances will be held Wednesday nights starting Feb. 16 at Oxford Advent Christian Church on Route 26. “Financial Peace University” is a videotape and workbook series. The series will run from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesdays. The total cost, including workbooks, is $95 per couple or family. For reservations, people may call him at 743-1934.
