Katie E. Fuller of Dixfield, a junior at Colby College in Waterville, is spending the spring semester of the 2004-05 academic year in South Africa studying at the University of Cape Town and the Colby-Bates-Bowdoin Center in Cape Town.

Fuller, a graduate of Dirigo High School, is the daughter of Steven Fuller and Sonya Fuller, both of Dixfield. She is majoring in history.
