AUBURN — Jon Wallingford netted a school record 15 3-pointers for 45 points as CMCC enjoyed an easy 124-80 victory over Mass Bay Community College.
Patrick Dempsey added 21 points for CMCC (19-4), while Christopher Brackett scored 19 points, pulled down 12 rebounds and tallied 10 assists for a triple-double. Taylor Caron chipped in with 15 points and Kaleb Violett had 10.
Roy Brown and Todd Tinkham led Mass Bay with 28 and 24 points.
Bowdoin 80, Maine Maritime 54
BRUNSWICK — Bowdoin received a game-high 20 points and 17 rebounds from Kyle Petrie in an 80-54 win over Maine Maritime Academy.
The Polar Bears (11-10) jumped to a 14-4 lead four minutes into the game as Andrew Hippert sparked the team with seven early points. Hipper finished the game with 16 points and Jordan Fliegel added a career-high 15 points coming off the bench.
Neil Stewart paced the Mariners (2-15) with 11 points and 10 boards.
