LEWISTON – Rejane P. Gagnon, 80, of Nason Street, Lisbon, died at St. Mary’s Hospital Saturday, Feb. 12, with her daughters by her side.

She was born in Lewiston, on March 19, 1924, the daughter of John and Bertha (Thibodeau) Perreault. She was a graduate of Lisbon High School and ACME College.

She was employed as a secretary at Pineland Center. On June 8, 1946, she married Laurent Gagnon and settled down in Lisbon to raise their family. She was a member of Holy Trinity Church, and the Women’s Auxiliary of American Legion Post 158. Her interests included gardening, reading, and doing puzzles. She was known throughout the family as a great cook. Her love was spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her two daughters, Paulette Williams of South Portland, and Patricia Arrache and her husband, Hector; three grandchildren, Deborah Williams of Westbrook, Ronald Jordan and his wife, Shelly, of Leeds, and Lisa Jordan of Greene; two great-grandchildren, Kimberly Rejane and Kristin Marie Jordan; a sister, Vivian Henry of Yarmouth; and two brothers, Ronald Perreault and wife, Hermila, of Rangeley, and Robert Perreault of Auburn.

She was predeceased by her husband, who died in 1995; and siblings, Emile, Lucille Masselli, John Jr., and Doris Lajoie.
