Benefit book sale

WILTON – The Wilton Free Public Library will hold its winter book sale from Feb. 24 to 26. Hours will be 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday and Friday, and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. Books are sold by donation only, and the donations benefit the public library. For more information, call 645-4831.

FARMINGTON – A new Web site on Maine Health Care reform has been launched by the Franklin Community Health Network and Franklin Memorial Hospital. The Web site, www.mainehealthreform.org, is a forum for information and the exchange of ideas regarding health-care reform. “We think people in greater Franklin County will best be served if there is thoughtful debate about health issues. We invited all interested organizations and individuals to post their views and upcoming events,” said Joel Moser, the network’s special projects manager. “We will publish papers from many differing viewpoints and perspectives in this unique public forum.” To submit a paper or article, people can use the online submission form on the site or contact Moser at 779-3150.
