All of the following are to be arraigned on April 5 in Rumford District Court:

• Keith Blodgett, 41, of Dixfield, on charges of operating under the influence, domestic assault, and obstructing report of a crime or an injury, at 6 a.m. on Feb. 14.

• Michelle Chartier, 21, of Rumford, on a warrant with no underlying charge listed, at 7:15 p.m. on Feb. 9.

• Keith Lewis, 19, of Dixfield, on a charge of operating after suspension, at 1:40 a.m. on Feb. 6.

• Kenneth Camick, 47, of Augusta, on a charge of domestic assault, at 2:45 p.m. on Feb. 5. Camick was subsequently charged with criminal mischief for damage that he reportedly caused to one of Dixfield’s police cruisers.

Summonses

All of the following are to be arraigned on April 5 in Rumford District Court:

• A 17-year-old girl, no town given, on charges of possessing marijuana and possessing drug paraphernalia.

• Howard Jones, 37, of Rumford, on charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and possessing a usable amount of marijuana, at 2:45 p.m. on Feb. 9.

• Gerald Nowlin, 36, of Turner, on a charge of possessing a usable amount of marijuana, at 2:45 p.m. on Feb. 9.
