CONWAY, N.H. (AP) – A 46-year-old Maine man was in critical condition after being stabbed while making a night deposit at a bank.

Kevin Perro of Hiram, Maine, was attacked by several people shortly after midnight Sunday night as he made a deposit at a Berlin City Bank branch, police said.

The assailants ran off and Perro drove himself to a convenience store to call for help. Police say he was stabbed in the back and torso.
