CONCORD, N.H. (AP) – An osteopathic physician who had practiced in Easton lost his medical license permanently for developing a sexual relationship with a 40-year-old female patient, the state said Thursday.
The New Hampshire Board of Medicine said James S. Jealous, O.D., neither admitted nor denied the allegations but agreed to the revocation of his license to avoid further board action.
In an order made public Thursday, the board said Jealous was issued a medical license in July of 2001 and practiced at his home until last March. It said he had had been treating the woman in 2002 in an effort to have her stop using antidepressants.
