LEWISTON – Walter A. Edwards, 47, died early Saturday morning, Feb. 26, after a long illness.

Born July 10, 1957, the son of Arthur B. Edwards and Shirley E. Edwards Lagasse, he enjoyed wood working and spending time with his brother, Vincent.

Survivors include his brothers, Ernest, Dennis, Vincent, Donald and Tony; sisters, Dot and Donna; one son, Scott Vachon; many nieces and nephews; two aunts, Cathy and Marjorie; and cousins. He especially liked nephew, Todd and niece, Tami.

He was predeceased by his mother and father; brother, Warren Bud Edwards; and sister, Maryanne Grace Wing.
