NORWAY – Dennis Charles Christian Sr. passed away Tuesday, March 1, at his home on the Wiley Road, where he resided with his daughter, Jessica, and companion, Holly Lang.
Born Feb. 24, 1951, he was surrounded by family and friends and especially enjoyed daily visits with his close friend, Rita.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping and mechanical work, and owned his own business.
He was in the United States Army, worked at Ryan’s Monument in Oxford, and did odd jobs to help friends.
He is survived by 10 children, Dennis Jr., Katherine Stevens, Heather, Rebecca and Thomas Christian, Lisa Guilford and her husband, Todd, Sarah Stone, and Jessica, Anthony and Richard Christian; his former wife, Joan, who remained close to him; several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; and four sisters.
