STRONG – Strong Nursing Home has named Patti Wilcox as Employee of the Month. Wilcox is a CNA and a developmental trainer on the evening shift.

She has come to know the residents well in her seven years at the facility. Her responsibilities include organizing the shift for the evening and keeping the flow on an even keel.

She is also responsible for training staff how to run rehabilitation programs for the residents that help them to become more independent.

Phillips is home to Wilcox and her husband. They have one daughter and three grandchildren and Wilcox enjoys spending time with them.
