FARMINGTON – Dr. Christie James and Tony Lyons and Brenda Chandler are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Meghann Lyons, to Derek Derosier, son of Jim and Twink Derosier of Presque Isle.
Miss Lyons is a graduate of the Maine School of Science and Mathematics in Limestone, Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, N.Y., and is currently studying osteopathic medicine at the University of New England in Biddeford.
Mr. Derosier is a graduate of Presque Isle High School, attended the University of Maine at Orono and is currently serving his country as a sergeant with the U.S. Army’s 25th Infantry Division in Iraq.
An Oct. 8 wedding is planned in Rangeley.
