ELLSWORTH – The Maine Community Foundation has scholarships available for high school students interested in attending college. The following scholarship funds are open to Androscoggin County residents:

The Leeds Scholarship Fund supports a Leeds graduating senior at Leavitt Area High School in Turner to pursue post-secondary education at a college, university or community college.

Anyone wanting more information should call the Leavitt Area High School guidance office.

The Donald W. Webber Scholarship Fund was established in 1997 to provide support for graduates of Edward Little High School who are attending four-year colleges.

Those interested should call the Edward Little High School guidance office. Application deadline is May 15.
