AUBURN – Althea F. Milton, 97, of Seville Park Plaza, Schooner Estates, Auburn, died Wednesday, March 2.

She was born March 23, 1907, in Andover, the daughter of Archer D. and Susie (Goodwin) Poor. She was educated in the Andover Schools and graduated from Andover High School in 1925. She also attended Farmington Normal School.

She married Frederick Roger Milton on March 12, 1932. She and her husband worked together for 11 years at Camp Bellevue on Upper Richardson Lake. They moved to South Paris on his return from duty in World War II. She also worked for the Jack and Jill Shoppe in Norway for several years.

She is survived by her husband; a brother, Archer D. Poor Jr.; and many nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by her sister, Thelma Clark; a sister-in-law, Frances Poor; and a niece, Penny Poor.
