JAY – Three residents will vie for two Jay School Committee seats in the April 25 municipal election.

Returning nomination papers seeking the two, three-year terms on the board are incumbents Mary Redmund-Luce and Joel Pike, and newcomer Brent DeSanctis.

No one filed papers to challenge incumbent Selectmen Rick Simoneau and Bill Harlow, who are both seeking re-election to three-year terms. Also running unopposed for three-year terms are incumbents Mark Nadeau for the North Jay Water District and Greg Libby for the Jay Village Water District.

Absentee ballots will be available March 25.

Polls will be open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, April 25, at the Community Building.
