The MAINEiacs visited St. Peter and Sacred Heart School on Feb. 3. They visited grades four through eight. They came to talk about reaching your goals and keeping yourself healthy. Players Sheldon Wenzel, Derek Bailey and Ryan Murphy were the three players we were lucky to get. Sheldon Wenzel talked about the seven steps to reaching your goals alive. Derek Bailey talked about keeping a healthy lifestyle, such as eating the right foods. Ryan Murphy talked about having good sportsmanship in everything you do.
They discussed their lifestyles, such as living with a host family and living away from their families. They also answered a number of questions from students, signed autographs, and gave each student a calendar. Fifth grader Tori-Mae Couture said “This is the best school day ever!” This will be a day we will never forget. Thanks MAINEiacs!
