• Scott Harvie, 51, of Camden, on charges illegal attachment of plates, failure to display current and valid inspection sticker, and failure to provide valid insurance, March 13 on Route 2. He is to be arraigned in Rumford District Court on May 3.

• A 15-year-old Rumford girl, on a charge of illegal possession of liquor by a minor, March 12 on Maine Avenue. She is to appear in Rumford juvenile court on May 24.

Incidents

• March 11, 8:45 p.m. – A 1996 Subaru station wagon, owned and operated by Angela Coon, 19, of Montpelier, Vt., rolled over due to speed and slippery conditions on Route 2 near the Maine Department of Transportation’s Division 7 headquarters, police said. Neither Coon nor her four passengers were injured, but the car sustained an estimated $4,200 in damage.

• March 3, 9 a.m. – Dan Hart, principal at Dirigo High School, reported that someone had stolen a laptop computer from the school.

• Feb. 28, 5:50 p.m. – A Rollins Ridge Road resident in East Dixfield reported that someone had stolen his chain saw from the back of his pickup truck during the night.

• Feb. 25, 11:30 a.m. – A Hill Road resident reported that someone had recently used his ATM card in an unauthorized transaction, removing money from his bank account. According to the victim, it appears the suspect may have been in Pakistan at the time of the transaction.

Summonses

• Mark Leblanc, 31, of Dixfield, on a charge of criminal mischief, at 5 p.m. March 7 on North Street. He is to be arraigned on April 8 in Rumford District Court.
