(AP) – In an obituary on former Boston Red Sox pitcher Dick Radatz that ran in some editions in Thursday’s sports section, The Associated Press, quoting his former teammate Bill Lee, erroneously reported that Radatz struck out Mickey Mantle 54 times in 67 attempts. The Red Sox said Radatz struck out Mantle 44 times in 63 career at-bats.
