LANGHORNE, Pa. – C. James Wyatt, 59, of Trevose, Pa., died on Tuesday, March 15, at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, Pa.

Born July 5, 1945, in Crawfordville, Ind., Mr. Wyatt was a resident of Trevose for the past eight years, having formerly lived in Philadelphia. “Jim” was a graduate of Crawfordville High School, Class of 1963.

When he first moved to Maine, he worked as an insurance agent and was a supervisor for the American Heart Association. He then served as a national service officer for the Disabled American Veterans at the Togus VA facility from 1981 to 1994. He then transferred to Philadelphia, where for the past 11 years he was the supervisor of DAV’s National Service Office in Philadelphia, Pa.

He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, serving during the Vietnam Conflict. Even though he was a double amputee, he enjoyed golf, trap shooting, horseback riding and was a movie buff.

He issurvived by his dear children, Thomas W. Wyatt and Timothy J. Wyatt, both of California; his loving companion, Virginia “Ginny” Rothweiler, and her children who loved him as a dad, Gina, Angela, Maria, Selina and Frank.

He was predeceased by his parents, Thomas J. and Opal M. Schanklin Wyatt; and sister, Sharon Wyatt.
