AUBURN – The wedding of Tracy Lea McAlister and Sean Christopher Watson was held at 6:15 p.m. on Sept. 18 at the Hilton Garden Inn Riverwatch in Auburn. Deacon Gary Drinkwater officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Watson is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel B. McAlister of Auburn. Mr. Watson is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Watson of Pearcy, Ark., and Gwen Ary of Hot Springs, Ark.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an elegant gown with beaded Schiffli lace with appliqués on English net with tank top, A-line skirt and chapel train. She carried a colonial bouquet of stephanotis, white and lavender roses, Calla lilies and blue delphinium.

A friend of the bride, Julie St. Hilaire, was matron of honor and Stella Giroux, another friend, was bridesmaid. Hannah St. Hilaire, friend of the bride, was flower girl.

Justin Watson, brother of the bridegroom, performed the duties of best man and ushers were Christopher McGennis and Brandon Grenier, friends of the bridegroom.

A reception followed at the Hilton Garden Inn, after which the couple traveled to Niagara Falls in Canada. They are residing in Lewiston.

The bride is a 1990 graduate of Edward Little High School and a 1993 graduate of the University of Southern Maine with an associate degree. She is employed as a service representative at Verizon in Portland.

The bridegroom is a 1995 graduate of Hamilton High School and served in the U.S. Navy from 1995 to 2004. He is a petty officer first class in the active reserves in Brunswick.
