AUBURN – Marc Brunelle, president of Sports Shoe Center Inc., was presented the Retailer of the Year Award by the New England Sporting Goods Agents Association at a recent trade show in Boxborough, Mass.

Sportshoe Center Inc., is a Maine-based, New Englandwide retailer of athletic footwear, apparel and accessories.

According to Danner DeStephano, director of the association, retailers are nominated by member sporting goods agents for growth of business, community involvement, vendor and customer relations, merchandising, product knowledge and other special achievements.
