FARMINGTON – The annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 26, at Cascade Brook School.

The hunt, sponsored by the Farmington Fire Dept. Benevolent Association, is for children 2 to 10 years. Parents are asked to use judgment if they have younger children participating. The eggs will be placed in the field at the school.

The project requires many planning hours and personnel to make it successful for the children of the area. The association is asking any interested residents to donate funds to assist with the necessary expenses.

These include prizes for the “found eggs” and some of the refreshments that are available in the cafeteria at Cascade Brook School for all who participate whether they find an egg or not.

Residents should make any donation payable to the Farmington Fire Department Benevolent Association, Greg Roux, treasurer.

Donations may be mailed to the Farmington Fire Dept., 153 Farmington Falls Road, Farmington, ME 04938. For more information or questions, call Abbie at 491-5786.
