FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:
Eugene M. Burnell, 23, of Temple was charged with assault Dec. 7 in Wilton. The case was dismissed. For a charge of criminal restraint Dec. 7 in Wilton, a 30-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

Penny L. Bynum, 49, of New Sharon was charged with driving under the influence Nov. 1 in New Vineyard. She was fined $500, sentenced for 48 hours and her license was suspended for 90 days. A charge of driving a vehicle without a license Nov. 1 in New Vineyard was dismissed.
Susan M. Cabe, 46, of Chesterville was charged with driving under the influence Nov. 27 in Chesterville. The case was transferred to Superior Court.
Desmond F. Carleton, 35, of Wilton was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Dec. 17 in Farmington. He was fined $500.
Robert M. Carson, 39, of China was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana July 2 in Coburn Gore. Both charges were dismissed.
Francis J. Caruso Jr., 38, of Chesterville was charged with terrorizing Oct. 1 in Chesterville. The case was dismissed.
Michael S. Champion, 31, of Jay was charged with assault Oct. 31 in Jay. All but 60 days of a 270-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.
Mark A. Charest, 28, of Augusta was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Dec. 19 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.
Terry A. Chilvers, 42, of Rangeley was charged with rule violation Nov. 23 in Rangeley. Chilvers was fined $100.
Christy Choate, 22, of Wilton was charged with keeping an unlicensed dog and with allowing a dog to be at large Oct. 21 in Wilton. Both charges were dismissed.

Robert J. Cloutier, 21, of Manchester was charged with being a minor possessing liquor Nov. 19 in Farmington. The case was filed.
Vincent E. Collins, 43, of Bingham was charged with violating a protective order March 17 in Farmington. He was sentenced for 30 days and his probation was partially revoked.
Martin Conley, 37, of Weld was charged with driving an ATV within 200 feet of a building Oct. 22 in Wilton. The case was dismissed.
Thomas R. Cook, 24, of Livermore Falls was charged with driving an ATV on public way Aug. 22 in Jay. He was fined $100.
Leopold Couture, 85, of Farmington was charged with unlawful sexual contact June 29 in Jay. The case was dismissed.
Sara J. Couturier, 28, of Farmington was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Nov. 11 in Farmington. She was fined $100.
Kevin S. Crandall, 21, of Farmington was charged with criminal mischief Oct. 7 in Farmington. He was fined $200 and ordered to make restitution of $260.79.
Wendell Cressey, 42, of Rangeley was charged with disorderly conduct Oct. 7 in Rangeley. The case was filed.
Leeann R. Crockett, 26, of Farmington was charged with failure to register vehicle Nov. 17 in Farmington. She was fined $100.
Jarrod L. Currier, 23, of Farmington was charged with assault Nov. 15 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.
Andrew M. Curtis, 19, of Manchester was charged with being a minor possessing liquor Jan. 7 in Carrabassett Valley. He was fined $200.
Melodie R. Dalot, 45, of Wilton was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Sept. 6 in Farmington. She was fined $100.
William Decastro, 54, of Chesterville was charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution Oct. 14 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.
Chris I. Desrosier, 21, of Litchfield was charged with violation of rule on worms in fly fishing only area July 3 in Township D. He was fined $100.
Shane Donovan, 20, of East Dixfield was charged with being a minor possessing liquor Oct. 8 in Farmington. He was fined $200.
Peter J. Dore, 18, of Westbrook was charged with theft by receiving stolen property Dec. 11 in Carrabassett Valley. He was fined $100.
Harold M. Dow, 40, of Kingfield was charged with driving under the influence Oct. 29 in Kingfield. He was fined $500, sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days. For a charge of driving while license was suspended or revoked Oct. 29 in Kingfield, he was fined $250.
Michelle Dube, 29, of New Portland was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Nov. 16 in Farmington. She was fined $50.
Logan P. Duffy-Stanley, 24, of Eustis was charged with cultivating marijuana Jan. 9 in Eustis. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

All six charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Misty Duval, 19, of Livermore Falls was charged with driving a vehicle without license Nov. 23 in Farmington. The case was filed.
Mark F. Eldridge, 36, of New Sharon was charged with possession of marijuana Nov. 14 in Farmington. He was fined $200.
Robert A. Ellis, 23, of Norwood, Mass., was charged with attaching false plates Nov. 27 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.
Arion Emery, 21, of Farmington was charged with assault June 28 in Farmington. He was sentenced for 60 days and his probation was revoked.
Paul J. Ford, 24, of Eustis was charged with cultivating marijuana and with unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug Jan. 9 in Eustis. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Keith A. Frost, 27, of Farmington was charged with night hunting Nov. 10 in E Township. The case was dismissed. For a charge of using artificial light to illuminate wild animals Nov. 10 in E Township, he was fined $500.
