Dear Sun Spots: I collect commemorative stamps and am looking for people to send me stamps that they have. Perhaps readers are doing spring cleaning, started a collection and didn’t continue? Please send your canceled postage stamps, foreign stamps or any uncanceled stamps from both the United States and foreign countries to: Sister Gilberte Boisvert, pm, Residence Ste. Claire 1 , 209 Lawrence St., Methuen, MA 01844. Please also ensure you leave a 1/3-inch border of paper around the stamp so that it is undamaged. Thank you. – Sister Boisvert, Methuen.

Dear Sun Spots: Could you please tell me what has happened to Mark Persky of WBLM? I enjoy him as a DJ and have not heard him on the station lately. Thanks for your help. – C.M., South Paris.

Answer: In addition to responses from readers, according to a Portland Press Herald article dated Feb. 17 and written by staff writer Ray Routhier, Persky went off the air suddenly in late January and neither he nor the station are saying why or when he might be back. It appears no on-air announcement to listeners was made about his absence. He had been at the station for nearly 28 years.
