If our congressional delegation didn’t see this one coming then they aren’t nearly as intelligent as the voters think. Everybody is upset because the president did not honor a request to appoint someone from New England to the Base Realignment Closure Commission.

You know what they say about payback. Let’s break it down. New England voted for Sen. Kerry. Maine has the two biggest RINOs (Republicans in Name Only) in Washington who continually turn their backs on our president. Our congressmen relentlessly attack our president with lies about his desire to destroy Social Security and put our elderly at risk.

Vermont gives us the screaming, anti-war Howard Dean. I believe he tried to sell the idea that our president knew about Sept. 11 before it happened. Also, the good citizens to our south continue to send two senators to Washington who should be serving time in federal prison, one for treason and one for manslaughter. The senior bloviator down there even charged that President Bush concocted the war for political gain. Is it any wonder that our president sees no obligation to giving any of these people any favors?

Tell you what; be rude and disrespectful to your neighbor. Yell at him. Call him names. Compare him to Hitler. Ignore him when he asks for help. Impede his progress every chance you get. Show no mercy. Four years later, ask him for a favor and see how far you get.
