Rumford

All of the following are to be arraigned on May 3 in Rumford District Court:

• Frankie Belskis, 48, of Mexico, on a charge of refusal to sign a traffic summons, at 1:08 a.m. March 25. He was released on $200 cash bail.

• Christopher E. Leclair, 26, of Rumford, on a charge of disorderly conduct, at 11:55 p.m. March 23. He was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Eric Butterfield, 22, of Rumford, on a warrant, at 9:40 p.m. March 23. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

Mexico

• Sherry L. Niemi, of Boothby Road, Livermore, was arrested at 1:25 a.m. Saturday at the Food City parking lot on a charge of failure to pay a fine issued by Androscoggin District Court. She was released on $64 bail and is scheduled to appear in Androscoggin District Court on April 13.

Accidents
Mexico

• Vehicles driven by Norwood Waterhouse, 89, of Highland Terrace, Mexico, and Heather Burgess, 23, of Penley Street, Mexico, collided Monday morning at Harlow Hill and Route 17. Waterhouse’s 1994 Buick sedan sustained an estimated $2,000 in damage. Burgess’s 1995 Jeep sustained about $2,500 damage. Waterhouse, a passenger, Mary Waterhouse, 89, and Burgess did not suffer injuries. All were wearing seat belts.

• March 24: A sexual assault was reported. Investigating detective Lt. Stacy Carter said the assault occurred in February in Rumford; the victim was a girl under the age of 18.
