LEWISTON – Oxford Networks has announced that Pamela Holley, previously with FairPoint New England, has been hired to manage the telecommunications company’s customer service department and all customer service contacts.

As head of the department, Holley will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality service for all Oxford Network customers, both within the immediate department and throughout the company. Holley will also be responsible for the evaluation of customer service measurements and for Oxford’s sales and collections goals.

Holley is moving to Oxford Networks after 23 years of service at FairPoint New England (formerly Commtel) where she most recently held the position of customer service supervisor and trainer. She resides in Winthrop with her husband, Don Holley, and their daughters, Renee and Michelle Perry and Heather and Emma Holley.

Holley is a 1982 graduate from Winthrop High School. She participated as the Secretary of the Winthrop Chamber of Commerce for the last three years and coached the Winthrop Middle School Cheerleaders from 1997-2004.
