The following are to be arraigned May 3 in Rumford District Court:

• Chad Breton, 30, of Rumford, on charges of assault and obstructing the report of a crime, at 8:15 a.m. March 30. He was released on $400 unsecured bail.

• Jessie Cross, 23, of Mexico, on a charge of violation of conditions of release, at 1:45 a.m. March 30. He was taken to Oxford County jail in Paris.
