FARMINGTON – SAD 9 kindergarten registration dates are announced.

They include: April 6, 2 to 4:30 p.m., Cape Cod Hill School; April 11, 2 to 5 p.m. Cushing School; April 13, noon to 6 p.m., Mallett School (by appointment); April 14, 3 to 4:30 p.m., Weld School (by appointment).

Parents will need their child’s birth certificate, Social Security card, up-to-date immunization records, a recent photo of their child and filled-out parental questionnaire and medical history forms.

New this year, if a child is 5 years old on or before Oct. 15, 2005, and parents intend to register the child for school or if they have questions, they should call Bernadette Wallace as soon as possible at 778-2771 for a registration packet. In the packet, they will have the information and forms necessary to register a child on the dates.
