WEST PARIS – Baseball and softball sign-ups will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 6, at the town office. Registration fees are $25 per child or $40 per family.

Newry meeting

NEWRY – The town of Newry has changed the Planning Board meeting from Wednesday, April 6, to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 7, at the town office.

There will be a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. at the town office for Maine Mountain Properties LLC.

It proposes to develop the Peaks subdivision on Mount Will off Sunday River Road.
