NEW YORK (AP) – A day after her daughter was born, Elisabeth Hasselbeck called her co-hosts on ABC’s “The View” to reveal the baby’s name: Grace Elisabeth.

“I’m a little beat up, but it’s all worth it,” Hasselbeck said Thursday.

Grace Elisabeth was born at a New York hospital weighing 7 pounds, 8 ounces, Hasselbeck and her husband, Washington Redskins quarterback Tim Hasselbeck, announced Wednesday. She is the couple’s first child.

The baby had been a frequent topic of conversation on the daytime chat fest.

“We feel like we all had a baby!” exclaimed co-host Joy Behar.

Hasselbeck, who will be on maternity leave for about six weeks, said she may be released from the hospital Friday.

She said her mother’s name is also Elisabeth.

Hasselbeck, 27, is a former contestant of “Survivor: The Australian Outback.”

NEW YORK (AP) – A publicist for Brad Pitt has denied a magazine report of a romance with Angelina Jolie, claiming the story was “completely untrue.”

In its April 18 issue, Us Weekly proclaims on its cover, “It’s True!” over separate photos of Pitt, 41, and the 29-year-old Jolie. In an article inside, Us quotes employees of a California hotel who claim they saw the two actors being affectionate.

“This particular story is completely untrue,” Pitt’s publicist, Cindy Guagenti, said in a statement to syndicated entertainment show “Access Hollywood” for a report that aired Thursday.

“Because these tabloids are making so much money, and yes, I consider Us Weekly a tabloid, they go to great lengths to corroborate their stories, whether they are true or not,” the statement said.

Jennifer Aniston recently filed for divorce from Pitt after 4½ years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple announced their separation in a joint statement in January.

Tabloids have speculated for months about a romance between Pitt and Jolie, co-stars of the upcoming movie “Mr. and Mrs. Smith.”

Us Weekly stood by its story, which includes a representative of Pitt denying the interaction, saying, “Brad stayed on one side of the property and Angelina was on the other.”

In a statement to The Associated Press Thursday, the magazine said: “Pitt has long denied stories involving his personal life, beginning with reports of trouble in his marriage to Jennifer Aniston prior to the separation. Multiple sources both on and off the record confirmed Pitt and Jolie were physically affectionate in public areas of the resort where they were staying.”

NEW YORK (AP) – Hip-hop star Sean “P. Diddy” Combs has been ordered to pay more than $21,000 a month in child support to an ex-girlfriend with whom he has an 11-year-old son.

The order, issued Thursday by the state Supreme Court’s Appellate Division, came after Combs appealed a Westchester Family Court ruling last year that he should pay $35,000 a month. He currently pays about $5,000.

The ex-girlfriend, Misa Hylton-Brimm, had sued for higher monthly payments and about $398,000 in back support for their son, Justin.

The appellate court judge awarded a lower but undisclosed amount in back support and ordered Combs to pay Hylton-Brimm’s legal fees. The judge set monthly support payments at $21,782.

Rob Shuter, a spokesman for Combs, said Combs would appeal the decision to the state Court of Appeals.
