FARMINGTON – Coldwell Banker held its annual awards ceremony recently in Portland where Sandy River Realty received numerous awards for its achievements.

Brokers Dan Nash, Pamela Smith and Paula Buchanan were recognized for their individual achievements in sales volume.

The team of Rodney and Marilyn Stanley were awarded recognition for their combined efforts of success in sales.

Gary Paling was one of the top 10 brokers in the state who achieved the highest in sold properties and the highest number of properties listed. Paling was entered into the Presidents Circle for his achievements.

Tracy Richards was presented with the Rookie of the Year award for her outstanding achievements.

Sandy River Realty was further recognized as the top overall office for 2004 from Coldwell Banker Mortgage with a combined office effort of its 15 brokers and several support staff.
