FARMINGTON – Marlene Richards, 62, of Livermore Falls, died peacefully Monday, April 11, at Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington, with her family by her side.

She was born June 9, 1942, in Livermore Center, a daughter of Merle “Ted” Putnam and Yvonne (Pomerleau) Putnam Grundy. She enjoyed camping and her flower gardens. She will be remembered for her great love of and for her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Gerald “Jerry” Richards, of Livermore Falls; three sons, Ronald and wife, Lena, Randy and wife, Pam, of Las Vegas, Nev. and Ricky and wife, Janet, of Randolph; six grandchildren, Joey, April, Jessica, Michelle, Brian and Thomas James “T.J.”; one great-grandson, Brayden; five sisters and four brothers, Polly Baston of Ogunquit, Doris Tripp of Jay, Donald Putnam of Arkansas, Carlton Putnam of Florida, Patty Lyon of South Carolina, Bonnie Flynn of Virginia and Yvonne Annette Adams of Livermore.

She was predeceased by her parents; a brother, Floyd Putnam; and two sisters, Lorraine Barney and Joan Compton.
