LEWISTON – Marie Rose Beaucage, 89, of 27 Roy St., Auburn, died Sunday, April 10, at Ste. Marguerite d’Youville Pavilion, where she resided for the past month.
Born in Sherbrooke, P.Q., Canada, Dec. 6, 1915, a daughter of Philippe and Rebecca Goulet Gaumont, she was educated in Lewiston schools.
She was married to Bertrand L. Beaucage on June 14, 1948. He died July 23, 1999.
She was a homemaker and was a member of the Auburn Catholic community at St. Louis Parish, Ladies of St. Anne’s Sodality and Cercle du Saint Sacrement.
She is survived by a son, Richard B. Beaucage and his wife, Wendy, of Auburn; her grandchildren, Karen McKenney and husband, James, of Monmouth, and their children, Zachery and Seth, and Timothy Beaucage and his wife, Holly, of Vermont; and her step-grandchildren, Lorna Ryan and husband, Mike, and their daughter, Nina, and Diana Dearborn and husband, John, and their daughter, Evelyn.
