PARIS – Everett Parlin of Bessey Motors, South Paris, has been elected president of Chrysler Motors Service Managers’ Guild of Maine for 2004-05. This is the 18th time Parlin has served in this position.

The Service Managers’ Guild is made up of Chrysler service managers throughout Maine who meet once a month at the Ramada Inn in Lewiston to discuss issues of vehicle safety and mechanics, offer support and solutions to each other and to hear guest speakers.

Guest speakers have included the Maine State Police, Maine Automobile Dealers Association, Chrysler Motors Technical Adviser from the Boston zone and other Chrysler personnel.

Parlin has been with the Bessey Motors Service Department for 28 years and he has been service manager for the last 26 years. He lives in Norway with his wife, Iris.
