LEWISTON – Post 22, American Legion, will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 21, at its former home at 190 Bates St.

A special program commemorating Patriots’ Day will be presented with membership participation. Patriots Day is celebrated in Massachusetts and Maine, as it was proclaimed when Maine was a part of Massachusetts. Also on the agenda is nomination of officers for the year.

A membership and finance up-date will be given, and 50- and 60-year continuous membership certificates will be awarded to Laurier Gilbert and Wilfred Marcoux.
