The following are to be arraigned on June 7 in Rumford District Court:
• Charles Gaura, 21, of Andover, on a charge of operating under the influence, 8:28 p.m. April 19 on Falmouth Street. He was released on $500 unsecured bail.
• Lucinda Boulanger, 29, of Rumford, on a charge of domestic assault, 11:25 a.m. April 19. She was released on $300 unsecured bail.
Incidents
• April 19 – A Waldo Street resident reported the theft of three power tools valued at a total of $450. The tools were believed to have been taken within the past couple of weeks.
• April 19, 10:25 p.m. – An Erchles Street resident reported seeing two males carrying off four tires that were on a lawn. Police arrived on scene and recovered the tires on Hancock Street, but did not find the males. The tires were returned to the owner.
• April 19, 8:45 p.m. – Two wheelchairs were found at Hosmer Field and taken to the police station. The chairs had been at the field for a few days.
• April 17, 3:15 p.m. – A purse was reported stolen out of a vehicle parked on Hancock Street. The theft occurred between 10:30 a.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. Sunday.
Mexico
Accident
Vehicles driven by Donna L. Knowlton, 40, of Angies Lane, Mexico, and Theodore W. Brown, 67, of Knox Street, Rumford, collided at 1:04 p.m. Saturday, April 16, on Highland Terrace. The 2002 Chevrolet sedan, driven by Knowlton, and the 1997 Ford pickup driven by Brown, were totaled.
With Knowlton were Salyn Knowlton, 4, and Jessi Knowlton, 6.
With Brown was Connie Blanchard, 69.
Med-Care Ambulance stood by, but no one was transported to a hospital.
