GORHAM – Special guest performances by professional artists will augment the work by student choreographers and dancers during the annual Dance USM! performances April 30 through May 1.
The concerts, directed by Maria Tzianabos, are presented by the University of Southern Maine Department of Theatre. They will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday, April 29, and Saturday, April 30, and at 5 p.m. Sunday, May 1, in Russell Hall on the USM Gorham campus.
Emily Carter of Oxford will perform with guest Wendy Getchell, a USM alumnae from Portland, and two students in her African drum dance.
Tickets are $15 for the general public, $10 for seniors, and $5 for students. Call 780-5151.
