LISBON – Just Joan’s Cafe will host a free concert from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, April 30, inside Mr. Paperback at 855 Lisbon St.
Local musicians Josh Erskine and Andrew Vachon will perform a wide arrangement of blues and rock ‘n’ roll. Just back from a 10-day tour in New Orleans, the duo has played many venues in and outside the state.
This will be the first of several free concerts at Just Joan’s Cafe. Erskine and Vachon will also be opening for Sam Shaber Saturday, May 21. Shaber, from New York City, has played locally at Just Joan’s, Slates, and Bates College. FMI: 783-4241; www.samshaber.com
