RUMFORD – William “Billy” Fowler, 52, died Thursday, April 21, at his residence in Rumford.

Born in Rumford, on Nov. 10, 1952, he was a son of Galen and Mildred (Thibodeau) Fowler.

Survivors include a brother, David and his wife, Sheila, of Needham, Mass.; sisters, Rose (Purse) Drapeau and her husband, Phil, of Weld, Louise Martin and her husband, Steve, of Topsham, Priscilla Bernard and her husband, David, of Lisbon, Tena Bennett and her husband, Troy, of Rumford; and several nieces and nephews.
