• Jonathan T. Smith, 24, of 73 Knox St., Lewiston, arrested on a probation hold, 12:15 a.m. Friday in Lewiston.

• Peter S. Jones, 57, 133 Sabattus St., Lewiston, operating without a license, and operating while under the influence, 12:12 a.m. Friday on Main Street.

Accidents
Auburn

• Scott Tempera, 19, of 50 Fairmont St., Lewiston, escaped injury when he lost control of the vehicle he was driving, it left the road, rolled over and landed on its roof Friday, police said. At 4:49 p.m. Friday Tempera was driving on the Jackson Hill Road when he took a corner too fast, police said. Police estimated his Pontiac sustained $8,500 in damage.

• Two vehicles driven by Denae Spencer, 17, of Route 133, Winthrop, and Kathleen Grassette, 63, of 334 Cumberland St., Rumford, were damaged in the Wal-Mart parking lot Saturday. Police estimated damage to Spencer’s Toyota at $100, $1,300 to Grassette’s Buick.

• Vehicles driven by Jacob McAlister, 18, of Buckfield, and Bryan Bouthot, 17, of Kennebunkport, were damaged when one backed into another in the Radio City parking lot. Police estimated damage to Bouthot’s Honda at $1,400, and reported no damage to McAlister’s Datsun.

• Vehicles driven by Valdez Matthews, 33, of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Irene L. Beauchesne, 67, of 30 Louise St., Auburn, collided Friday morning on Minot Avenue, police said. One vehicle stopped in traffic, and other vehicle was unable to stop in time striking it from behind, police said. Damage was estimated at $1,000 to Matthews’ SUV, and $2,000 to Beauchesne’s Chevrolet.

• Vehicles driven by a minor, of Swanville, and Elaine T. Cohoon, 52, of Turner, collided Friday on Washington Avenue when the minor pulled over for an Auburn rescue truck. Police estimate damage to the minor’s SUV at $1,300, and $400 to Cohoon’s sedan.
