LEWISTON – Jan Thompson Jacques has again been awarded the Top Individual Agent Award for 2004, according to Coldwell Banker Millett Realty.

The award is given each year to the company’s associate who works as an individual agent and who reaches the highest level of sales for the year.

Jacques has achieved this award consistently each year for the past 15 years with Millett Realty and 10 years with offices prior to her association with Millett.

She also was a recipient of the President’s Elite Award, given by Coldwell Banker at its annual convention last month in Orlando, Fla. She ranks within the top 1 percent of Coldwell Banker agents nationwide.

Jacques is a past president of the Androscoggin Valley Board of Realtors and was chosen as the Board’s Realtor of the Year in 1989.

She is a member of the Maine Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

She serves on the Board of Trustees of Central Maine Medical Center and is the alumni secretary of Edward Little High School’s Class of 1968.She lives in Auburn with her husband, Robert.
