POLAND – Announcement is made of the engagement of Beverly C. May and Francis L. Larrabee Sr., both of Poland.
The future bride is the daughter of Robert Townsend of Biddeford. She received her G.E.D. in Lewiston and is a housewife.
The future bridegroom is the son of Margrat Larrabee of Norway. He attended Gray-New Gloucester High School in Gray.
An Aug. 20 wedding is planned.
