AUBURN – Maryann Norcross of ERA Worden Realty, Auburn, has just completed the six courses of the Graduate Realtors Institute program.

The GRI consists of more than 110 hours of intensive study in all aspects of the real estate business. Some of the topics covered include marketing, financing, ethics, residential construction, real estate law, negotiations and many others. Upon successful completion of the entire curriculum, the graduate earns the GRI designation, with the right to display the GRI symbol.

Norcross has 21 years as a Realtor at ERA Worden and she was selected as Realtor of the Year in 1990 and 1999 by the Androscoggin Valley Board of Realtors.

She has taken an active role in local and state real estate activities. She resides in Auburn with her husband, Dick.
