AUBURN – The first annual Central Maine Community College Fathers Day Father-Son 2-on-2 Basketball Tournament (double-elimination) is scheduled for Saturday, June 18 at CMCC. Tentatively, the tourney will start at 9 a.m.

Entry fee is $30 per team. Trophies will be awarded to the champions of the following divisions: Dad and 20+-year-old; Dad and 15-19 year-old; Dad and 10-14 year-old; Dad and 9-under. Games will be played to 11, or 20 minutes, whichever comes first. If there is enough interest, there will be a Father-Daughter Division.

There will be a 3-point contest for 2 divisions, dads and children 15+. Cost is $3. There will also be a free throw contest for children 14-under at a cost of $3.

AUBURN – There have been changes in the playoff schedule, as follows: Tuesday, May 3, 7:45, Young Ones vs QPS; Wednesday, May 4, 7:30, winner vs Old School; Monday, May 9, championship round, Rec-Ing Crew vs Wednesday’s winner; May 10, if game.
