LIVERMORE FALLS — Chris Cayer smacked a solo home run and added an RBI double to lift Mountain Valley to a 6-3 victory over Livermore Falls in an MVC baseball matchup Tuesday afternoon.

Korey Stairs got the mound win for the Falcons, holding the Andies to two runs in his six innings of work. Pat Knapp, Ben Madigan, and Marcus Palmer all contributed a double to help spark the Mountain Valley offense.

Dane Hanson was saddled with the loss for the Andies (3-3), but struck out 11 batters. Jake Marceau had a solo home run for Livermore Falls in the sixth inning.
